Continuously and effectively promoting the work of rationalization suggestions, Yida Express Elevator recently held a rationalization suggestion summary and commendation conference.

    The meeting reviewed and summarized the progress of improvement proposals in 2018, announced the list of winners for the fourth quarter of 2018, and clarified the focus of work for 2019.

    From November 2018 to January 2019, the company received a total of 45 rationalization suggestions from employees, adopted 34 of them, and could save more than 200000 yuan annually. Based on the implementation suggestions and the value created for the company, 1 first prize, 2 third prizes, 1 fourth prize, 2 fifth prizes, and 22 encouragement prizes were selected for the improvement proposal for the quarter.


    Since carrying out the rationalization suggestion activity in 2015, Yida Express Elevator has been vigorously advocating for employees to provide rationalization suggestions. On average, more than 100 rationalization suggestions are put forward each year. The suggestions put forward by employees involve safety, environment, health, quality, and rapid response, covering multiple aspects such as process method improvement and on-site management.

    The implementation of the rationalization suggestion activity has mobilized all employees to participate in various management activities of the enterprise, established a work awareness of love and dedication, and safety production, enhanced the sense of responsibility for excellence, energy conservation and environmental protection, and laid a solid foundation for the safety, quality improvement, innovation, and growth of the enterprise.



   In 2019, Yida Express Elevator will continue to provide reasonable suggestions, with innovation and efficiency as the theme, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, and contributing positively to the high-quality and sustainable development of the enterprise.
