3. Has a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Graduated from a vocational school, majoring in Electrical and Electronics, CNC, Mechanical Integration, and Industrial Automation;
5. After a successful interview, a personal health examination form is required.

Job responsibilities:
1. Provide semi monthly, quarterly, semi annual, and annual maintenance as required, and fill in relevant maintenance records as required;
2. Promptly and effectively handle elevator issues, and seek technical support from the company in a timely manner when unable to handle them;
3. Obtain elevator accessories that need to be replaced according to management procedures;
4. When the elevator expires for annual inspection, it is necessary to fill out a self inspection report as required, remind users to apply for annual inspection and cooperate with them;
5. Sign maintenance contracts on time and report any abnormalities promptly;
6. Settle maintenance premiums and accessory payments on time, assist in sales and engineering collection of related funds;
7. Complete the work tasks assigned by the company and department.
